Entry Requirements

To enrol in the Level 4 Diploma, you must:

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Have completed full secondary education (minimum 2 A-levels or     equivalent)
  • International students must hold equivalent qualifications
  • Non-native English speakers require IELTS 6.0 / CEFR B2     or equivalent

Learn how to plan and manage organisational change, using established models and real case studies. Develop strategies formotivating teams and overcoming resistance.

2. Communication in an Organisation

Build strong interpersonal skills, enhance your professional communication style, and learn how to communicate effectivelyduring meetings, presentations, and workplace interactions.

3. Business Operations

Understand how organisations manage workflows, set objectives, improve processes, and maintain quality and compliance standards.

4. Leadership and the Organisation

Explore leadership theories, emotional intelligence, ethical decision-making, and approaches for building a positive organisational culture.

5. Developing Teams

Discover how to create and maintainhigh-performing teams through motivation, coaching, conflict resolution, and structured teamwork activities.

6. Financial Awareness

Gain foundational financial skillsincluding budgeting, interpreting financial information, analysing costs, and understanding how financial decisions impact an organisation.

Assessment

  • Delivered face to face with in-class teaching,     workshops, and tutor interaction
  • Each unit includes classroom activities, group work, and guided     study
  • You will complete 12 assignments per unit (2,000–3,000     words each)

Grading

  • Pass: 40–59
  • Merit: 60–69
  • Distinction: 70+

Completion Requirements

You must pass all units. All assignments are internally assessed and externally verified to maintain quality.
