Volunteer and Learn English with ILC Schools

ILC offers work experience through volunteering.
English + Volunteering is a course designed to help young people and employees working in certain sectors where the use of English is important. These days it is becoming more and more important for people to be able to speak English well in the workplace.
This course has two elements:
· In the mornings, the participants take a general English course designed to help them improve their communication skills in an international setting.
· In the afternoons or evenings, the participants get valuable work experience by volunteering in a local charity shop, Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) or similar environment. This gives them a good chance to practise using English in a real working environment.
Please note – the maximum number of allowed days for volunteering on a Student Visitor Visa is 30 days (i.e. 6 weeks Mon-Fri).
